WHAT WE DO

Here at EduFREE, we believe small kindnesses can create change. We are a for-youth, by youth 501(c)(3) non-profit organization organized and operated for the purpose of collecting and re-distributing study materials. EduFREE strives to provide underprivileged students with equal access to educational opportunities, and we aim to bridge the opportunity gap by ensuring students in need gain access to AP, SAT, and ACT prep books. All of the donations we receive go to disadvantaged students in inner city schools who would otherwise be financially incapable of obtaining such aids.

Be the Light

During the month of July, Be the Light Youth Association held a book drive for underserved students, amassing 2600 donations! Of these books, BTL donated 300 AP, SAT, ACT prep books and general textbooks to EduFREE.

Books from this drive were donated to City House, a homeless shelter for at-risk youth and teens in Collin County, and the Plano Education Foundation.

EduFREE x The Communities Foundation of Texas’ North Texas Giving Day was a success!

Communities Foundation of Texas’ North Texas Giving Day is an event that lifts giving and engages the entire region to support local nonprofits, celebrating the important role they play in strengthening our communities. North Texas Giving Day is an opportunity to show the world our region’s generous spirit and that in these unprecedented times North Texans can and will take care of each other. Thanks to your generous support and donations, EduFREE was able to raise over $200 to go towards sponsorships and materials.
